The RiceGenes database is a repository of Rice strain, pathology and genetic mapping information. It also contains numerous maps that compare the rice genome to those of related grasses. This database is directed by Susan McCouch at Cornell University, and curated by Marci Blinstrub, also of Cornell. The most up to date version can be found at http://probe.nalusda.gov:8000/plant/aboutricegenes.html.
