Combining User Authentication with Host Restrictions

1. Host access control and user authentication is usually ANDed.
2. To make it an OR, add Satisfy any

  AuthName  development
  AuthType  Basic
  AuthDBUserFile   /www/etc/passwd
  AuthDBGroupFile  /www/etc/group
  <Location /members_only>
    Satisfy any
    order deny,allow
    deny from all
    allow from .cshl.org
    require valid-user
  </Location>

Letting Users Change their Passwords
